Gestational hypertension syndrome patients β-HCG and AFP research of the relationship

Objective:Patients with gestational hypertension syndrome HCG and AFP relationship,provide abasis for predicting PIH.Methods:Select pregnant women 28 to 40 weeks 90 patients examination in our hospital doing obstetrics and delivery in January 2006～January 2009.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Severe PIH group of blood HCG and AFP levels increased,and both were positively correlated.Conclusion: coefficient r=+0.5315,P0.01;The nomal pregnancy group,mild to moderate PIE group of HCG and AFP was no significant correlation between changes in(P0.05).Discuss PIH,the serum HCG and AFP were abnormal increased,indicating more serious illness,should be paid attention.
