Antibodies binding TGF-beta

A monoclonal anti-TGF-s or binding fragment thereof, that neutralizes TGF-s1, TGF-s2 and human TGF-s3 mature, comprising a variable region of the heavy chain (HCVR) and a variable chain region light (LCVR), wherein said HCVR and said LCVR comprises: a) a HCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 64 and a LCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 41; b) a HCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 68 and a LCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 43; c) a HCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 69 and a LCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 45; d) a HCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ IDNO the: 70 and a LCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 46; or e) a HCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 74 and a LCVR having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No: 50.
