Mounting structure of a drive unit

A hybrid transaxle 200, that is, a transmission is provided with a pad 20, which is connected to a connection surface of an internal combustion engine in contact. A screw bridging portion 20a of the pad 20 is provided with a projection portion 25 which elastically deforms, that the internal combustion engine side connection surface and the connection surface 20 on the side of the hybrid transaxle 200 are in close contact with each other.
