水性苯乙烯-丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的合成及表征

Styrene-acrylic-maleic anhydride copolymers were prepared through free radical polymerization using BPO as initiator and dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether as solvent. The influences of the monomer ratio, amount of initiator, polymerization temperature on the composition of ST/AA/MA were investigated. The copolymers structure is characterized by means of FTIR, GPC, DSC etc. The results show that the optimized preparation condition is: proportion of monomers n (St) / n (AA) / n (MA) is 6: 3: 1, the reaction temperature is 85℃, and the BPO amount is 12%; the number-average molecular weight is 4678, polydispersity index is 1.45.
