The Study Progression of Rumen Protein Degradation

with going deep into researching of rumen animal' protein nutrition and feed nutrition valuation,the traditional crude protein(CP)、digestion crude protein(DCP)and biologic valuation of protein no more represent the nitrogen metabolism of rumen animal.In order to resolve the problem,While some countries and areas have developed new protein systems.Except Cornell carbohydrate-protein system,the new systems were established in small intestine protein,including rumen undegradation crude protein(UCP) and microprotein(MCP).The rumen degradation rate become an important index of the study of the system.Now the article will give a summary of the study in rumen degradation rate.
