Method for extracting cefixime refined product in industrial waste liquor by utilizing chromatographic technique

2015
The invention discloses a method for extracting a cefixime refined product from industrial waste liquor by utilizing a chromatographic technique. The method for extracting the cefixime refined product from the industrial waste liquor by utilizing the chromatographic technique comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out pre-treatment, namely filtering waste liquor containing cefixime until turbidity of the filtered waste liquor containing cefixime is lower than a preset value; 2) extracting, namely injecting the cefixime-containing waste liquor treated by virtue of the step 1) into a chromatographic column filled with first filler to be adsorbed, wherein the first filler is anion exchange gel filler taking glucosan or agarose as a skeleton, adding eluent after adsorption, and eluting cefixime down; and 3) refining, namely injecting eluate obtained through the step 2) into a chromatic column filled with second filler to be adsorbed, wherein the second filler is anion exchange gel filler taking agarose, glucan or polyamide as a skeleton, adding a buffer salt elution solvent after adsorption, and eluting, so that high-purity cefixime is obtained. The method for extracting the cefixime refined product from the industrial waste liquor by utilizing the chromatographic technique has the advantages that a technology is simple, operating cost is low, and a cefixime final product with the purity up to 98% can be obtained.
