Spin and polarization studies of weak decays

This article aims at summarizing the contributions to the ‘‘Weak Decays’’ Technical Session of the SPIN 88 Symposium, as well as informally providing some simple theoretical background in order to place them in a broader context. Topic, covered include the weak decays of hyperons as well as exclusive semileptonic decays of B mesons.
