The present invention relates to an inorganic / organic composite and a preparation method waterborne coatings, and more particularly to an environmentally friendly nano silica / polyacrylate complex waterborne coatings and methods of fabricating the present invention using a water-based varnish material comprising the following components was prepared to give: 0.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of reinforcing agent nanosilica, two or more of 65-98 parts by weight of acrylic monomer, initiator agent, 1.2-2.6 parts by weight, emulsifier 5-15 wt. parts, 0.3 to 1.0 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of the curing agent, 145-210 parts by weight of deionized water. Preparation of the aqueous varnish of the present invention is not only clean, but also has good printability, adhesion, high gloss, fast drying.
