Use of a vacuum assisted closure device in pilonidal disease.

Pilonidal disease is a debilitating condition that can be difficult to treat. This case report shows how Vacuum Assisted Closure, which can be used on an outpatient basis, led to full wound healing in a patient with a recurrent form of this disease
