A laser transponder smart tunnel convergence monitoring systems and measurement methods, the following steps: (1) producing a laser transponder smart tunnel convergence monitor fixed bearing, so that the direction of alignment of the laser rangefinder laser other side of the tunnel wall, a two-dimensional inclinometer angle indicated by observing the monitor on the monitor in a horizontal state; (2) determining a number of intelligent sensors of the reflector, the reflector smart sensor to be measured is fixed in accordance with the position of the measuring points to be measured; (3 ) a predefined initial position of the measurement point; (4) the measurement work. The present invention uses a unique intelligent sensors reflector, the rotation mechanism and high-precision measuring device with a microprocessor, with just one measuring device to measure a complete multi-area automatic measurement within a tunnel vault sinking and horizontal point and the variation amount of convergence of data, accurate measurement result, by setting the system monitoring period, timing and the period monitoring automatically, and can automatically store the measured data data.
