Риск развития артерио-артериальных эмболий сосудов головного мозга у больных ишемической болезнью сердца

2008
The aim of the study is to evaluate the risk of arterioarterial embolism in patients with ischemic heart disease associated with hemodynamically insignificant asymptomatic stenoses of the internal carotid arteries depending on the coronary artery disease (CAD) and characteristic of the atherosclerotic plague. 26 patients have been examined using ultrasound duplex scanning of the major arteries of the head and transcranial Doppler monitoring. It has been determined that the presence of microembolism depends on the structurae peculiarities of the atherosclerotic plague. The clinical course of the CAD has not been gound to be interrelated with lipid spectrum of blood and microembolism episodes.
