The invention discloses an offshore wind power pile foundation. The offshore wind power pile foundation comprises a fan tower, a built-in control mainboard, a gyroscope, a wind speed sensor and foot rest rods, wherein the gyroscope is electrically connected with the control mainboard; the wind speed sensor is arranged in a sea area which is distant from a fan group by a preset distance; the wind speed sensor is electrically connected with the control mainboard; the foot rest rods are used for supporting or tightening the fan tower; the top end of each foot rest rod is connected to the fan tower; the bottom end of each foot rest rod is connected with a driving device; and each driving device is electrically connected with the control mainboard. In the offshore wind power pile foundation, the wind speed sensor, the control mainboard, the gyroscope, the driving devices and the foot rest rods can cooperatively control the fan tower to rotate at the corresponding angle so as to generate bending moment of which the direction is opposite to that of bending moment, which acts on the pile foundation, of wind load, a certain offset effect is achieved to increase a threshold value for wind speed, the accumulated settlement effect to the offshore wind power pile foundation due to the periodical effect of overturning moment is relieved, and the resistance to capsizing of the offshore wind power pile foundation is improved.
