Day-ahaead And Intraday Coordinated Scheduling Model Considering Flexible Load Response Uncertainty

2019
The day-ahead and intraday coordinated scheduling model is proposed considering the flexible load response uncertainty and the response characteristics of various flexible loads on multiple time scales. Firstly, on the basis of the principle of consumer psychology and the influence of uncertainty, the transferable load response model is established. Secondly, the compensation mechanism of the curtailable load is constructed to incorporate the curtailable load into the scheduling plan. Besides, to coordinate the transferable load, the curtailable load, the regular units and wind power in multi-time scale, a day-ahead and intraday coordinated scheduling model is established with fuzzy chance constrained programming theory. The role that flexible loads playing in scheduling plan is analyzed with cases. The results show that the model can help to improve wind consumption and reduce the cost of dispatching.
