The invention provides a stator frame for installing electromagnetic coils and a magnetic levitation axial bearing with same. The stator frame comprises an insulation annular element (10) and a magnetic conductive annular element (20), wherein the insulation annular element (10) is provided with a first annular containing groove (11) for containing electromagnetic coils; the magnetic conductive annular element (20) is provided with a first end surface (21); the first end surface (21) is provided with an inner magnetic conductive ring (22) and an outer magnetic conductive ring (23); and a part of the first end surface (21), which is positioned between the outer magnetic conductive ring (22) and the outer magnetic conductive ring (23), the inner magnetic conductive ring (22) and the outer magnetic conductive ring (23) form a second annular containing groove for containing the insulation annular element (10). The technical scheme facilitates installation of the electromagnetic coils.
