Regioselective C2 Oxidative Olefination of Indoles and Pyrroles through Cationic Rhodium(III)‐Catalyzed CH Bond Activation

Reaction conditions are optimized for the efficient Rh-catalyzed oxidative olefination of 2-unsubstituted indoles using N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl as readily removable N-protecting and directing group.
