The invention provides a preparation method for a multifunctional OH free radical concentrated solution. The method comprises the following steps: (1) heating alkaline metal ore for 0-10 hours under the condition of 600-1000 DEG C and 0-500 Kpa; (2) smashing an obtained product, mixing uniformly, and performing impurity removal and filtration on smashed powder in 300-900 mesh units; (3) adding water in the smashed powder, mixing for 0-6 hours, and performing electrolysis in water to increase hydroxy electric ions, so that the pH value of the solution reaches 13-14, and the strong alkaline concentrated solution is obtained. According to the method, nitrogen and carbon elements in the air can be absorbed, the materials can be actively used by plants, the materials even have an effect of regulating the growth of the materials (a biomass accumulation additive), and the anions can also be scattered by utilizing solar energy, so that the multifunctional OH free radical concentrated solution can serve as a cheap and fine pollution-free fertilizer. Especially the multifunctional OH free radical concentrated solution can be used for decomposing pesticide residues scattered on crops, and also has multiple effects of sterilization, disinfection, deodorization and the like.
