PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KARYAWAN PT.AXA MANDIRI FINANCIAL SERVICES

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating of role job satisfaction to
compensation and career development on employee turnover intention PT. Axa
Mandiri Financial Services. This study conducted using quantitative descriptive
method and analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM). The data for this
study is using primary data that acquired from PT. Axa Mandiri Financial Services
220employees response on questionnaire.
The result of hypothesis test shows that compensationhas a positive and
significant influence to job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and not
significant to turnover intention, job satisfactionhas a negative and significant
toturnover intention, career developmenthas a positive and significant influence to
job satisfaction, andcareer developmenthas a negative and significant influence to
turnover intention. Another result of this research shows that job satisfaction is
moderating variable in the relationship betweencompensationandturnover intention
also career development and turnover intention. Job satisfaction is mediation
variable in relation to turnover intention.
