The invention relates to a three-dimensional hydroscillator, and belongs to the technical field of petroleum and natural gas mining drilling tools. The hydroscillator comprises an oscillating nipple and a power nipple, wherein the oscillating nipple and the power nipple are in threaded connection; the oscillating nipple comprises a spline shaft, a connecting sleeve, an oscillating nipple sheath and a belleville spring; the connecting sleeve sleeves the spline shaft; the oscillating nipple sheath is arranged on the spline shaft at one side of the connecting sleeve; the oscillating nipple sheath and the connecting sleeve are in threaded connection; and the belleville spring is arranged on the spline shaft in the oscillating nipple sheath. The hydroscillator is simple and compact in structure; radial vibration and axial vibration can be achieved in a drilling process; three-dimensional abrasion reduction and drag reduction are achieved; the penetration rate can be effectively improved; the three-dimensional hydroscillator does not include a fixed valve block or a movable valve block of a conventional oscillator; the effects of a movable valve and a fixed valve are generated through relative motion of a runner opening and an inner boss, so that a pressure pulse is generated to achieve axial vibration; the wearing effect can also be reduced; and the penetration rate can be effectively improved to reach a relatively good drag reduction effect.
