The invention relates to an integrated MBR (Membrane Biological Reactor) reactor coupled with a photocatalytic internal recycle. The reactor mainly comprises a photocatalytic device and a membrane separating device. The photocatalytic device carries out photo-catalytic oxidation with the adoption of an ultraviolet lamp matched with hydrogen peroxide. The membrane separating device is divided into two groups. One of the groups is used as a water producing membrane assembly for separating cement in a normal MBR process, while the other group is used as a membrane assembly for water inlet of the photocatalytic internal recycle. The two membrane separating assemblies are independently controlled by different water producing pumps. The water producing amount and photocatalytic recycle processing amount can be regulated according to water inlet condition and device processing efficiency. The integrated device is suitable for processing degradation-resistant industrial wastewater. Wastewater is purified through coordinating effect of photocatalysis and biodegradation in the reactor. The process is convenient to operate and manage, strong in regulation, shock load resistance, and low in operating cost.
