Salvage Lymph Node Dissection

Metastatic lymph node dissection (LND) in nodal recurrent PCa after radical treatments has become a feasible salvage approach, and salvage LND (sLND) has been proposed in patients with “node-only” biochemical recurrence (BCR) after definitive treatment of primary PCa.
