The invention provides a wireless network capacity open system, a capacity open gateway, a capacity open agent and a capacity open method, wherein the system comprises a capacity open gateway, a UE and an application server; the UE comprises an application client and a capacity open agent; the application client exchanges business information with the application server through a first interface; the application server exchanges capacity information of a wireless network with the capacity open gateway through a second interface; and the capacity open agent exchanges wireless environment relevant information with the capacity open gateway through a third interface. In the invention, by adding the capacity open agent in the UE, the capacity open agent can exchange wireless environment relevant information with the capacity open gateway directly, modification to the wireless access internet and wireless core internet can be avoided, and network configuration is simplified.
