Overtaking pure diffusive equilibrium in the heterogenous optoelectronic structures

Uses the quasi-ideal model where, in essence, between the systems in diffusive contact, the particles of zero energy are moved what is in effect equivalent to conditions of second Fick's law. We don't take into consideration the energy of activation but only concentration of particles. On the basis of this analysis it is possible to increase reliability of the optoelectronic integrated circuit design.
