Law 1920, (2018), is promulgated under the social, cultural, economic and political context of improving the conditions in which the operative personnel of surveillance and private security provides its services, hence the labor impact that generates the creation of an exceptional day for this sector, as well as the historic advance represented by the issuance of this type of norms, all in order to generate a series of conceptual appraisals that identify the nature and effects that will be generated with the entry into force of this normative compendium.
