FORMATION OF A PSYCHOLOGICALLY SAFE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ENVIRONMENT IN A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The article deals with the problem of formation of a psychologically safe educational and scientific environment in a higher education institution. The core and structural and functional components of a psychologically safe educational and scientific environment of a higher education institution are clarified concerning the analysis of scientific literature: object interaction of participants of educational process, material and technical conditions of work and training, semantic and methodical conditions of educational process. To study the state of psychological security of the education institution, a modified method of I. Bayeva was used and a questionnaire was developed for applicants for higher education of the third (educational-scientific) level regarding the presence of conflict situations. The results of studying the state of psychological security of the educational and scientific environment of higher education institutions are presented. The main component of the educational and scientific environment is determined – the psychological component (the nature of communication between the subjects of the educational process). The results of the survey of applicants of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education on the issues of conflict situations are analyzed. A comprehensive program for the formation of a psychologically safe educational and scientific environment is proposed, which includes: diagnosis and examination of the psychological safety of the educational and scientific environment; ensuring the emotional comfort of higher education students in the educational process; creating conditions for PhD students to receive educational, informational, organizational, psychological and counseling support; provision of psychological support for PhD students; prevention of psychological violence in higher education; constant monitoring of indicators of psychological safety of the educational and scientific environment; development of conditions for increasing the level of comfort of academic staff, maintaining the proper level of their professional health; creating conditions for improving the quality of scientific activity of teachers and PhD students.
