ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER QUALITY BASED ON DISTANCE DIFFERENCES IN RESIDENTIALS AROUND BAKUNG TPA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Bakung TPA (Landfill) which is located in the Teluk Betung Barat, Keteguhan, Bandar Lampung. TPA Bakung is located at an altitude of 63 m above sea level with a residential area that has an altitude of 35 m above the surface of the sea. TPA Bakung is a place that indicates a source of pollution for the surrounding population. The system for processing Bakung TPA waste still uses an open dumping system where the system is the simplest among other waste processing systems. The purpose of the final project is to analyze the quality of groundwater around TPA Bakung and determine the effect of distance settlements on groundwater quality around TPA Bakung. The method used for taking sampling is purposive sampling distance by following the Indonesian National Standard 06-2412-1991, the parameters observed were color, turbidity, pH, BOD, and COD by using quality standards PERMENKES No.32 of 2017 concerning Environmental Health Quality Standards GOVERNMENT REGULATION No. 82 of 2001 concerning Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control. The results of the analysis of groundwater quality obtained were the parameters of color, pH, BOD, and COD which exceeded the quality standard parameters. Then the statistic data processing software test results below 0.05, show that the data cannot prove the effect of distance on groundwater quality in settlements around TPA Bakung Bandar Lampung.
