Dermatitis of the diaper area

: Diaper area dermatitis is one of the most frequent dermatosis in infants. Knowledge of clinics, but specially of the management of this entity is important, since references to this respect are not up-to-date in spite of the importance of this disease. Newborns adn infants present this condition, due to the fact that vesical and anal sphincters are still beyond control and because the diaper is one of the most important clothing articles in babies and often in preschool or schoolage children complaining of some related pathological condition.
