Fully Suspended Nanophotonic Waveguide Resonators with High Quality Factor and Tailorable Operational Bandwidth

We demonstrate fully suspended nanophotonic waveguide ring and racetrack resonators with high loaded quality factors of 39,900 and 40,600 respectively in the mid-infrared regime. A two-fold enhancement in the operational bandwidth is achieved.
