Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis: Data-driven textural analysis of extent of fibrosis at baseline and 15-month follow-up

Our findings that data-driven textural analysis fibrosis score is associated with baseline measures of disease severity and with change over time suggest that CT captures anatomic information that can be quantified by using automatic computational methods to provide useful indexes of disease severity and progression in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
