Intraosseous paraganglioma of the sacrum: a case report.

The patient appeared healthy and had a blood pressure of 130/70 mm Hg. Exami- nation of the spine showed a normal range of motion. There was tenderness to palpa- tion over the sacral region. Lower extrem- ity examination indicated normal motor and sensory function. No changes in bowel, bladder or sexual function were reported. Radiographs of the lumbar spine and sacrum showed a radiolucent area in the body of the sacrum.
