The Reasons and Effects of Ouyang Xiu's Framing a Case Against Di Qing—Also on the reasons of the falling of the North Song Dynasty, and the South Song Dynasty's“keeping on weak”

Ouyan Xiu, in the North Song Dynasty, employed a political policy of suppressing officials in the army from taking power maintaining civilian officials in administrating the country, thus the envied the famous and powerful military official (Shu Mi Shi, as the position), Di Qing, and reported to Song Ren Zong that Di Qing was plotting of taking place of the emperor, pleading the emperor to “remove the un-budding trouble”and to dismiss Di Qing. The result of this event was that it increased the weak of the North Song Dynasty and speeded the coming of the event “the Shame of Jing Kang”, in which Hui and Qing, two emperors were taken captive and the Dynasty ended. Some of the civilian officals of the South Song Dynasty, who followed the political line of Ouyan Xiu, framed another case to against Yue Fei and other anti-Jing military officals, which kept the South Song Dynasty in weak state and easy to be defeated.
