Preparation of Quick Ionic Series Oxygen Absorbent by Mechanical Ball Milling Process

Iron power,graphite powder and X powder were taken as raw materials for preparing iron-base composite powder by mechanical ball milling process.Influence of the type of carbon powder,time of ball milling and X power on the oxygen absorbing rate of composite powder was studied.Microstructure of the composite powder was studied by SEM.The result shows the addition of X powder remarkably improves the oxygen absorbing rate of iron-base composite powder,and the oxygen content in the package space can be quickly reduced.
