Micosi fungoide eritrodermica in paziente con infezione da virus dell’Epatite B (HBV): difficoltà terapeutiche

We report the case of a 54 year-old man affected by erythrodermic Mycosis Fungoides (MF) and Hepatitis B Virus Infection (HBV) in which the multidisciplinary approach was decisive for diagnosis and therapy. Phototherapy with UVB narrow band combined with Entecavir and Alpha-interferon led the patient to the complete clinical remission of MF and to the normalization of hepatic enzymes.
