Controlled preparation of mono- and bimetal clusters in zeolites
1993
Ions of Fe, Co or Ni located inside small zeolite cages are all but unreducible under conditions compatible with zeolite stability. Their reducibility can, however, be enhanced by adding Pt or Pd and providing a mechanism for ion migration. In this paper an overview is given of some old and some new methods which are useful for achieving these goals.
