Electrohydrodynamically Printed Multicolor Perovskite Image Sensor Array

2021
Direct multicolor perovskite image sensors have broad application prospects in electronic eyes, wearable sensors, optical communications and so on. However, high-resolution perovskite multicolor image sensors with simple and cost-effective preparation methods are rarely reported at present. Here, we used electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing to realize high-resolution perovskite multicolor image sensor based on pixelized bandgap perovskite array to identify color, which successfully realized the clear mapping of the light source signal and color recognition. Through the optimization of printing and annealing process to achieve controllably fabrication of ~1 µm patterned films; The potential of higher-resolution devices has been proven by designing a device of 2 µmchannel length and 30 µm channel width, which exhibited R and D* values of 1.625 A/W and −4.451×1011 Jones. This work paves the way for the realization of high-resolution multicolor perovskite image sensors.
