The invention provides a phosphorus containing steel phosphorus alloying method. The phosphorus containing steel phosphorus alloying method comprises the steps that the converter tapping temperature is 1660 DEG C-1710 DEG C; after converter tapping is completed, a reducing agent is added into the surface of top slag in a steel ladle, and then remaining converter slag in a converter is poured into the steel ladle, so that the ratio of the weight of the top slag in the steel ladle to the weight of molten steel is 0.03-0.1; gas blowing stirring is conducted on the molten steel, the gas blowing quantity is 1 NL/min.t-5 NL/min.t, and the gas blowing time is 5 min-20 min; and the top slag in the steel ladle is removed, so that the ratio of the weight of the top slag in the steel ladle to the weight of the molten steel is 0.005-0.015. The converter slag is subjected to reduction treatment through the phosphorus containing steel phosphorus alloying method provided by the invention; P2O5 in the converter slag is reduced to achieve phosphorus increasing of the molten steel; the phosphorus alloying process of the molten steel is completed; the molten steel phosphorus alloying cost can be reduced; meanwhile, FeO and MnO in the slag can further be reduced; and iron and manganese resources are further recycled.
