Conclusions and Suggestions

The prevention and control of land degradation has strong public welfare and externality, and the possibility of full marketization is very small. The implementation of public-private cooperation mode is an ideal way to guide enterprises and individuals to participate in the ecological environment. The introduction of public-private cooperation in the prevention and control of land degradation in our district can achieve a win-win situation (Fig. 9.1).
