To the organizations which proposal it is to be more effective the performance appraisal by competence should became in a relevant aspect. The tourism industry most gets the relation between the process and organization results. The objective of this article is to propose a procedure to make correspondence the individual abilities, the process and the organization as the three determinants level of the evaluation. As consequence of their application it had designed tables and double entrance matrixes that show competence and results indicators by interconnected. Besides it had additional conditioning factors that make possible continue improve in each level.
