Modification of process for thoroughly reusing the percolate water from PVC production by calcium carbide method

Modifications were made for thoroughly reusing the percolate water from acetylene generator system in PVC production by calcium carbide method,which included: ① increasing pipes for adding acid to the percolate water;② increasing a percolate water supply system;③ increasing a circulation cooling pipe to cool water tower.After modification,the system safety was improved,the scaling degree of pipes were decreased,and the thorough reuse of percolate water was achieved.
