Архетипы и инновации в диахронической динамике метафорических систем в политической коммуникации

The article discusses correlations ofhistorical stability and historical variability of metaphorical systems in political communication. Research methods of historical dynamics of political metaphors which are used by foreign scholars (J. Charteris-Black, P.Chilton, Ch. de Landtsheer, G. Lakoff, A. Musolff, M. Osborn, D. Vertessen et al.) are compared. Development of theory and practice of historical metaphorology in papers of modern Russian specialists (A. N. Baranov, L. V. Balashova, E. V. Budaev, T. Y. Bykova, O. N. Kondratyeva, O. A. Solopova, A. P. Chudinov) is characterized.
