Idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome manifesting as pulmonary oedema.

Idiopathic hypereosinophillc syndrome is a progressive and fatal disease if not treated effectively. We report this case since hypereosinophilia is an uncommon cause of pulmonary oedema.
