Значение измененной продукции эндотелийзависимых вазоактивных факторов в развитии перинатального поражения ЦНС у детей, рожденных женщинами с сахарным диабетом 1 типа

2012
The results of a comprehensive examination of infants in 1st year of life were born by women with diabetes mellitus type 1 are presented. Perinatal CNS damage was found in all children, most of which retain neurologic symptoms up to the end of the first year of life. The results of evaluation of the endothelium dependent vasoactive factors concentration in the blood serum of observed infants revealed endothelial dysfunction (increased levels of endothelin-1 and decreased levels of nitrogen oxide metabolites) determined at birth and aggravating during the first three month of life. An increased insulin and insulin-like growth factor-1 serum concentration and statistically valid correlation between endothelin-1, insulin and insulin-like growth factor-1 content were revealed indicating an interrelation of metabolic and vascular disorders, which contribute to the development of cerebrovascular pathology in observed children. Based on the analyses of endothelin-1 serum concentration prognostic criteria of perinatal CNS damage in infants were born by women with diabetes mellitus, were outworked.
