High Power Research of YIG Microwave Ferrite With Gd~(3+)、Sn~(4+) Ions

The wide temperature stability and high power are the important properties of microwave ferrite's research all the time.According to the request of components to materials,the material is prepared by ceramics process and the ions of Gd~(3+)、Sn~(4+) substituting for the YIG.The material has good temperature stability,Ms=75×10~(-4)T,ΔH_k=1.1 kA/m at the appropriate process when x=0.7 and y=0.3,which meets well to the x wave band microwave garnet ferrites with the wide temperature stability and high power.
