Reflexive mounting substrates for LEDs

It is an LED provided, a light-emitting active structure that is formed of a nitride material system of the group III includes a bonding structure for holding the active nitride structure of the group III and a mounting substrate for holding said bonding structure. The mounting substrate includes a material which reflects at least 50 percent of the light having the frequencies emitted by the active structure.
