Heerfordt-Waldenström Syndrome.

Heerfordt's-Waldenstrom syndrome is a very rare presentation of neurosarcoidosis characterized by parotid gland enlargement, facial palsy, anterior uveitis and fever. World over only few cases of this syndrome have been reported. We present such a case of Heerfordt-Waldenstrom syndrome.
