State of an electrolytic plasma in the process of synthesis of oxides based on aluminum

We established the following physical properties of a plasma of the discharge channel in the process of synthesis of oxide ceramics based on aluminum alloys in the anode-electrolyte system: the density of atoms, degree of ionization, equilibrium state, degeneration, and ideality. We also demonstrate the applicability of classical scattering theory.
