The invention discloses a plugged T-junction weld non-destructive detection method by using ultrasonic phased array. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out detection technology simulation on a plugged T-junction to be detected; establishing a whole three-dimensional model of the plugged T-junction; carrying out profile scanning on the whole model in different angles; carrying out ultrasonic cover simulation on the weld area of each profile; determining the scanning route range of the profile; connecting all profile scanning route ranges together to form a plugged T-junction intersecting line weld scanning route belt and a detection route technology curve; and finally detecting the plugged T-junction by a ultrasonic phased array instrument. The method has the advantages that profile scanning is performed on the intersecting line weld in different angles, thus the scanning route belt of plugged T-junction intersecting line weld can be precisely simulated; compared with the conventional non-destructive technology, the detection efficiency is improved, solved are the problems that the plugged T-junction is not easy to detect and the detection speed is slow; the human and material investment is greatly reduced; and strong guarantee is provided for the plugged T-junction manufacturing and on-site installation.
