Laboratory scale reactor for aseptic solid state cultivation

A new lab-scale reactor (1 L) was designed for aseptic solid state cultivations. After its description, results concerning the temperature, the water amount regulations and the sterility preservation are presented during working tests on a sugar beet pulp medium. Secondly, an example of Trichoderma harzianum conidia production on the same medium is given.
