ANALISIS PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, UPAH, JENIS KELAMIN, UMUR DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA DI KOTA BENGKULU

The purpose of the study was to identify the effect education, wage, gender, age and work experience toward labor productivity in bengkulu city case study of the processing industry in Muara Bangkahulu sub-district. The data used was the primary data from questionnaire and secondary data as supporting from the central statistical and related agencies. Data analysis was performed through descriptive quantitative. Descriptive analysis was done through narration and quantitative analysis was conducted by using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Hypothesis test was performed through F-test and t-test by using significance level of 95% or α = 0.05 (5%). The results of the study revealed that the effect of education, wage, gender had moderately significant while age and work experience was not significant toward labor productivity of the processing industry in Muara Bangkahulu sub-district.
