Igg Subclasses in Serum and Spinal Fluid from Patients with Various Neurological Diseases

Abstract A solid phase radioimmunoassay for quantitation of the IgG subclasses is described. We conclude that quantitation of the IgG subclasses is of limited value for diagnostic purposes in patients with various neurological diseases.
