Design of Government Emergency Management Performance on the Balanced Scorecard

The balanced scorecard is made up of financial, internal process, learning and growth. This is a set of performance evaluation system of organic and able to react effectively to science organizational performance. The revision of the balanced scorecard frame work and establishment of an organic set of index system can realize the effective assessment of the government's emergency and enhance the governmental emergency management.
